6. USING THE COMPUTER
FUNCTIONS AND OPERATION
AUTO ON / OFF:
• The monitor turns on automatically when the home trainer is used. The monitor turns
off automatically when the pedals are not used for 4 minutes.
SCAN:
• Press the “Mode” button until a triangle next to “Scan” in the upper left-hand corner of
the display appears. The LCD display now shows all functions and values in succession.
Each function is shown for approx. 4 seconds.
TIME:
• Automatically measures the time as soon as training begins.

SPEED:
• Shows the current training speed.

DISTANCE:
• Shows the distance covered during training.

CALORIES:
• Shows the calories consumed during training. This is an approximate value.

ODOMETER:
• Shows the total distance covered.
•
0~9999 ML (KM)
RESET:
• Press the
RESET
button to reset the stored values for

CALORIES
