SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Warning! Risk of injury!
• Consult a physician before beginning with training. Make sure that your health is in a
condition suitable for training.
• Always remember to warm up before training and to train at a level of intensity
suitable to your current condition. Overstraining your body or excessive training can
lead to serious injury. In case of discomfort, weakness or fatigue, cease training and
seek medical advice immediately!
• The product may be used under adult supervision only. Do not use the product as a
toy.
• Sufficient space is required for safe training. Exercise with enough safety clearance to
other persons and objects to ensure that no one can be injured.
Attention:
• Use of the suspension trainer is at your own risk!
• Make sure the product is secure before use.
• The suspension trainer is suited for door frames with a width of 72-98 cm.
• Max. weight of user: 120 kg. Warning! Make sure the door can support the weight!
• Suitable for domestic use only! Observe the user manual!
INTENDED PURPOSE
The product was developed as a training instrument to train your entire body. This
product is intended for household use and is not suitable for medicinal or commercial
purposes. The product was designed for use in indoor spaces and may be fastened to
doors using the included door anchor or to bars, hooks or extension straps using the
carabiner.
• Any other means of use is prohibited and possibly hazardous. The manufacturer
accepts no liability for damages due to improper use.
• The product must be set up by an adult.
• Use of the product requires certain abilities and knowledge. Ensure that the product is
used age appropriately.
• Train on a flat, nonslip surface only.
• Do not use the product near stairs or landings.
• The maximum weight of the user may not exceed 120 kg.
Warning! Risk of injury!
• Only attach the product to doors that open outward (away from you)! Never attach the
product to doors that open inward (toward you). The door may open spontaneously,
resulting in serious injury!
• Always lock the door that the product is attached to.
