2. RUN MODE
a) START button: Press “START” button to begin into RUN
MODE.
b) STOP button: When press the “STOP” button once, pause is
executed. If press “STOP” button a second time, the program will
end and a workout summary will be displayed.
c) FAST button: Press the button to increase your speed and each
increase is 0.1mph. If button is pressed continuously, the speed
increases to MAX SPEED quickly.
d) SLOW button: Press the button to decrease your speed and each
decrease is 0.1mph. If button is pressed continuously, the speed
will decreases to MIN SPEED quickly.
e) UP button: Press the button to increase your incline and each
increase is 1 level. If button is pressed continuously, the incline
will increases to Max level quickly.
f) DOWN button: Press the button to decrease your incline and each
decrease is 1 level. If button is pressed continuously, the incline
will decreases to MIN level quickly.
g) SELECT button: Press ”SELECT” button to exchange data of
workout.
h) ENTER button: Press ”SELECT” button to exchange data of
workout.
