2.1 Description

The Spirax SpiraHeat

TM

 system uses steam to provide accurate heating of low temperature hot water 

for processes and heating. Systems are supplied fully assembled, configured and pressure tested 

ready for installation.

2. General product information

The Spirax SpiraHeat

TM

 unit consists of the following core items (refer to Figure 1 and 2): 

Heat exchanger.

Pneumatic or electrically actuated control valve and positioner. 

Process controller (available without, see section 2.3). 

Steam isolation valve (optional on steam side control).
