UTILITY 

S

elect the program “

Utility

” from the menu; 

It is possible to enter the following submenu: 

Oil  setting 

–  Language  –  Technical  Service    -  Calibration  Test  –  User  Management  –  Date  Hour  - 

Measurement Unit 

– Printing Heading – PC Communication – Hose Length – System Cleaning – Op-

eration Register. 

 

Oil setting

: it adjust the charged oil quantity 

The station is set to be used with the synthetic oil RL100 (graphic bar 50% visualized), it is possible to adjust 
possible errors if it is used an oil with different viscosity. 

 

Press the left arrow to decrease the charged quantity of oil  and the right one to increase it. 

 

Language

: it is possible to select one language among the 16 ones available 

 

Technical Service

: it adusts the station parameters. The user cannot have access to it. 

 

Calibration Test

: it enables to verify the correct functioning of the scale. 

 

User Management

: it is possible to memorize up to 16 users (1-16)

Choose and save a password 

Note

: the station work also without logging in; it is possible to block the station and set it in order to make it 

work only if a password is set (contact the supplier). 
 

Date Hour

: the date and hour are displayed 

Use the arrow keys to move up/down, right and left to move, “enter” to confirm and “C” to cancel. 

 

Measurement Unit

: it is possible to select the measurement unit in Kg or pounds. 

 

Select “MEASUREMENT UNIT” and press the key “ENTER”. 

 

By using the arrow keys select the desired measurement unit. 

 

Confirm with “ENTER” 

 

Printing Heading 

(Printer version only): it is possible to personalize the printing  entering the user data

Print to change the font 

 

“C” to cancel 

 

PC Communication

: it enables to update the menu and the Database 

Note: the station is equipped with USB serial port, to communicate with the PC it is necessary to install the 
software in the provided cd. 
 

Hose length

: the standard equipment of the station includes two 3mt. hoses (High and Low Pressure), you 

can perform the automatic compensation of the hoses adjusting the set parameters. 
Use the arrow keys to change the length, “enter” to confirm and “C” to cancel. 
 

System cleaning

: the station can perform a self-cleaning of the internal circuit, this particularly indicated for 

the treatment of the gas contained in the internal bottle. 

 

Set the minutes for the cleaning of the internal circuit of the a/c stations 

 

Operation Register: 

It is possible to visualize or print out  (Printer version only) the quantity of gas that has 

been charged and the single operations performed by the different users. There are two options available:  

Gas report / Operations 
 

Gas report: 

(it displays the quantity of charged and treated gas) 

 

Choose the period you would like to visualize by using the arrow keys up/down 

 

Insert the user you would like to visualize 

 

If you choose “User 00” you will see the total amount of gas displayed

 

 

Printer key to print out the visualized data (printer version only)

 

Operations: 

(it displays the performed operations)
