1 Warranty
The machine is covered by a warranty for 12 months from the date of delivery as long as
the instructions in this manual are followed.
2 Warnings
This symbol is used when failure to comply or misinterpretation of the instructions may result in
personal injury.
To complement what is specified in this manual, the following are additional ways to use the station:
•
Accompany the station during the movement and brake it during use;
•
Outdoor use must be limited to the time necessary to perform the operation;
•
Do not use the unit in the presence of a potentially explosive atmosphere;
•
Use the station in areas protected from the rain.
•
Never leave the station ATF unattended during any phase of work.
•
It is recommended to work in team of two people to avoid leaving the ATF device unsupervised: a person
performs the operations on the ATF device; the other person performs the operations on the vehicle.
3 Environmental Notes
NOISE
The station has a Lep,d value of less than 70 dB (A).
If positioned in areas with noise values greater than 80 dB (A), the employer is required to
inform and train the operator of the risks arising from exposure to noise and to take appropriate
action in agreement with the physician in charge.
PACKAGING
Do not throw in the trash any part of packaging, but select them depending on the type of
material (e.g. cardboard, wood, plastic, etc.) and dispose them according to local and national
regulations.
OFF-DUTY
At the end of the life of the machine you should:
•
Deactivate the station, unplugging it from the mains and cutting the power cable;
•
Remove the Electronic panel and its circuit board
•
Disassemble the parts and select them by type.
DISPOSAL
At the end of the life of the machine it is necessary to dispose of components, selected by type,
according to local and national regulations.
For the electric and electronic devices, called Electrics and electronics Equipments (WEEE), according with
EC Directive 2012/19/UE, regarding the reduction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic
equipment and the disposal of waste, the Manufacturer specifies:
•
Not to dispose of as unsorted municipal waste and to perform separated waste collection;
•
To check with the dealer about the authorized collection points for the regular
disposal;
•
To follow the rules on proper waste management, to avoid potential effects to the
environment and human health;
•
The adjacent symbol indicates the obligation to make a separate collection of
electrical and electronic equipment at the time of demolition.
•
The distributor who fails to organize the system of separate collection of
professional WEEE shall be punished
with a fine from € 30,000.00 to €
100,000.00.
REMOVAL OF BATTERY AND ACCUMULATOR WASTE
According to European Directive 2006/66/EC, instructions are provided below on how to remove the lithium battery
type CR2032 contained in the station:
•
Set the power switch of the station to the off position;
•
Disconnect the station from the mains;
•
Remove the top cover by unscrewing the fixing screws;
•
Remove the circular battery from the circuit board.
