Malfunctions in the steering system
3.9.6.1.
Read malfunctions on the control panel of the steering system
Active malfunctions
Active malfunctions always appear directly on the display of the
control
panel steering system
.
When a few malfunctions are simultaneously active, they will appear in a row.
On the
main screen
the symbol
malfunction steering system
appears simultaneously.
•
Write down the error codes and contact Spierings Mobile Cranes.
Malfunctions in the steering system can be caused by:
•
Malfunctions in the electric system;
•
Malfunctions in the hydraulic system;
•
Malfunctions in actuators and sensors;
•
Malfunctions in the communication between the components.

CAUTION!
In case a malfunction in the steering system occurs, always contact Spierings
Mobile Cranes. Stop as soon as possible to solve the problem.
CAUTION!
In case of a malfunction of the rear axle steering, the possibility exists that the rear
axle will center itself. This centering affects the turning circle, which will increase.
