Faceplate Foam Installation
Diopter Inserts (Optional)
1. The Focal
®
DVR headset includes two foam options you can try for optimal fi t.
Experiment with these options and select your preference before installing the
hook and loop material. It is diffi cult to remove the foam from the hook and loop
material without damage.
2. Start applying the adhesive backed hook and loop material at the center and work
your way outward to ensure the material lays down properly on the faceplate.
3. Apply the foam to the hook and loop material and press it into place.
For users who require
prescription glasses, Fat
Shark offers a set of inserts
which include -2,-4, and -6
diopters, (FSV1601).
For specialized diopters, a
web search for “Fat Shark
custom diopter” will return
results leading to aftermarket
prescription inserts.
