Trouble Clearing
In the process of installing or using, problems may be encountered. The user can try
to clear the trouble by the following steps. If you still cannot solve the problem, you can
contact the local dealer.

The device has no image, and the indicator does not light.
Check if the electric power has the poor contact. Check whether the power switch
is closed.
z
There is LCD screen display on key panel, but without picture output.
Check whether you connect the signal correctly.
Check whether the device supports the resolution and refreshing frequency.
Make factory resetting.
z
VGA screen is not for all over the screen or has deviation.
Check whether the VGA wire is qualified or too long.
Access to menu system: system
→
VGA settings
→
automatic adjustment and carry
out VGA automatic adjustment.
Manually adjust the picture position in the VGA settings.
z
HDMI / DVI output picture is not for the entire screen.
Reset the device output resolution.
Check whether the output resolution of the PC or laptop is the same with the
received resolution by splicing processor.
Check whether the wallpaper is too small.
