The WINCO

®

 Spectrum Commercial Induction Cooker has three  (3) different cooking modes: 

(G) Timer Mode, (H) Temperature Mode, (I) Power Mode.

Operation

Note

Induction Cookers require induction-ready cookware.

Power Mode (Wattage)

1.  Place cookware containing ingredients on the cooktop. 
2.  Turn the Induction Cooker "ON" by touching the "ON/OFF" button.
3.  Touch "POWER" and adjust the power by touching "+" or "-".
4.  To turn the cooktop off, touch the "ON/OFF" button until the LED 

display no longer illuminates. 

Control Panel

Temperature Mode

1.  Place cookware containing ingredients on the cooktop. 
2.  Turn the Induction Cooker "ON" by touching the "ON/OFF" button.
3.  Press the "Temperature Mode" button to switch to temperature 

adjustment.

After one press, the temperature will be displayed in "F"  

Fahrenheit. 

• 

Press the "Temperature Mode" button a second time to display the 

temperature in "C" Celsius.  

4.  Press the “+” or “-“ buttons and set until the desired cooking 

temperature appears on the LED display. The temperature 

displayed will change from the set temperature to the desired 

temperature.

5.  To turn the cooktop off, press the "ON/OFF" and the LED display is 

no longer illuminated.

Timer Mode

1.  Place cookware containing ingredients on the cooktop.
2.  Turn the Induction Cooker "ON" by touching the "ON/OFF" button.
3.  Press the "Timer Mode" button (0-24 hours). 
4.  Press “+” or “-“ buttons to set in 1-minute increments (0-60 min), 

long press “+” or “-“ buttons to set in 5-minute increments.  

Press Timer button again and use “+” or “-“ buttons  to adjust in 

1-hour increments (0-24 hours). 

 

 

 

Press Timer button for a third time will shut off the timer.  

5.  To turn the cooktop off, press the "ON/OFF" and the LED display is 

no longer illuminated.
