Participants are prompted for this number when they dial into the bridge.

Enter the data conference reference number in the Conference Ref field.

Enter the data conference access security code in the Conference Code field.

Enter the conference dial-in number in the Dial In Information field.

If necessary complete the steps in “Configuring the invitation details” on page 3-21,
otherwise click OK.
The conference access details are configured.
Configuring the invitation details
Configuring the invitation details enables the user to enter text that appears in the
invitation e-mail. The invitation e-mail is sent to all participants and contains conference
access details. For more information, see “Configuring conference access details” on
page 3-20.
Note:
It is not necessary to include all the invitation options.
1.
Select the Calendar option in Lotus Notes.
The Calendar screen is displayed.
2.
Select OnDemand from the Tools menu.
The OnDemand preferences dialog is displayed.
3.
Click Invitations.
The Invitations section is displayed.
4.
Select the Use Greeting Text tick box.
5.
Enter the greeting text as necessary.
6.
Select the Include Personal Signature tick box.
7.
Enter your personal signature.
8.
Select the Include DTMF Command text tick box.
9.
Enter the relevant DTMF commands.
10. Click OK.
The invitation details are included.
Creating an On Demand Conference
Note:
It is necessary to complete the steps in “Configuring conference access details”
on page 3-20 before attempting to create an On Demand conference.

Select the Calendar option in Lotus Note.
The Calendar screen is displayed.
