Fig.14:
Pull the Hydration Fuelcell out from the top of the Reservoir until
the drinking tube has exited the frame tube.
Disconnect the plug from the drinking tube. The tether can be left inside
the frame tube, or can be used to clean the drinking tube if desired.
To re-install the Hydration Fuelcell, reverse the steps.
If the Reservoir needs to be removed for travel, follow the steps below
(after the Hydration Fuelcell steps above have been completed):
Remove the upper nut/bolt assembly and loosen the upper water bottle
cage bolt until the reservoir is free.
Pull the Reservoir away from the seat tube.
To re-install, reposition the Reservoir behind the seat tube, install the bolts
and tighten the upper and lower Reservoir bolts to 35 in-lbf / 4.0 Nm.
FINISHING STEPS
Plug the loose Di2 wires into the open plug holes in the Junction B box
(located in the Nosecone).
Ensure the brake hoses are not touching the sides of the Nosecone Bracket.
Install the Nosecone clip into the Nosecone bracket. Position the top
portion of the Nosecone clip first, then rotate the bottom until it clicks
into place.
To remove the Nosecone clip, grip the lower tabs on the Nosecone
clip and pull to disengage from the Nosecone bracket, then rotate the
bottom forward to disengage from the Nosecone bracket.
Adjust the saddle height/position, then torque the seat collar wedge
bolt to 55 in-lbf / 6.1 Nm.
SAFETY CHECK
Verify all torque specs.
Verify the seat height and cockpit position are correct.
Pull up and down on the Basebars to make sure the Basebar Wedges are
fully seated and torqued.
Check the brakes to make sure they’re tightened properly against the
frame and fork, and properly aligned with the rotor (no drag).
Check the shifters to make sure they’re funcitoning properly.
Check the rear derailleur hanger to make sure it’s properly aligned and
wasn’t damaged during travel.
Fig.11:
Adjust the fore-aft position of the extensions. Unless you’re
adjusting the Arm Cup position, only move one extension at a time
(to not impact the Crossbar and Arm Cup position). Be sure to leave a
minimum of 10mm of extension exposed behind the Crossbar.
Once the Crossbar, Arm Cup and Extension positions are set, torque
the bolts, in the following order:
•
Extension Socket bolts: 22 in-lbf / 2.5 Nm
•
Crossbar set screws: 22 in-lbf / 2.5 Nm
•
Arm Cup bolts: 45 in-lbf / 5.1 Nm
BTA MOUNT (BETWEEN-THE-ARMS)
An optional BTA mount can be installed in front of the Extension Socket/
Crossbar assembly for use with a computer display or optional bottle cage.

OPTIONAL BOTTLE
CAGE CAN BE
MOUNTED
RAIL CAN SLIDE
FORE-AFT
Fig.12:
Open the clamps and place the BTA mount in front or behind
the Extension Socket/Crossbar assembly.
Swing the clamps shut and tighten the clamp bolts to 18 in-lbf / 2.0 Nm.
The center rail can slide fore-aft to fine-tune the position of the bottle or
computer display. Make sure the rail doesn’t interfere with the routing
of the drinking tube through the Extension Socket.
RESERVOIR AND FUELCELL
Removing the Reservoir and Fuelcell for travel is optional, depending on
available space. If it has to be removed, follow the steps below:
13
Fig. 13:
Remove the bite valve and pull the drinking tube down through
the stack until it sticks out the front of the nosecone.
Insert the plug and tether into the opening of the drinking tube.
