Intended use
The product is a rolling piece of furniture with a mounting device for a TV. A TV with Vesa mount
according to the dimensions specified under “Technical data” can be mounted to this product.
The Vesa plate can be tilted upwards. Most TV appliances with screens of 81.28 cm (32 inch)
to 139.7 cm (55 inch) in size can be mounted to this TV trolley. The product also features a
glass shelf for an AV appliance.
If you use the product for purposes other than those described above, the product may be
damaged. Using the product for any other purposes than those described above will cause
damage to the product or TV and will constitute a risk of injury or damage to furniture in the
proximity of the product, etc. Read the instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
Make this product available to third parties only together with its operating instructions.
The product must not be modified or rebuilt.
Follow all safety instructions under all circumstances.

Safety instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully and especially observe the safety
information. If you do not follow the safety instructions and information
on proper handling in this manual, we assume no liability for any resulting
personal injury or damage to property. Such cases will invalidate the
warranty/guarantee.

a) Persons / Product
• The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. These may become dangerous
playing material for children.
• The product is intended for use in dry indoor spaces only.
• Use caution when assembling or mounting the product. Some edges of the product may be
sharp. Risk of injury!
• Only perform installation steps that are required for assembly (or adjustment) of the trolley.
Never attempt to modify or repair the product.
• Before assembling, check the rear of the TV for a suitable mounting device (Vesa mount).
• The product should be installed by two persons, since the TV trolley and TV appliance are
heavy.
• Use caution when assembling the product, since the TV and TV trolley falling and/or tipping
over not only could cause expensive consequential damage but also constitutes a risk of
injury!
• Handle glass components carefully. Glass could break. Risk of injury!
• Route cables in such a way that they cannot get jammed or bent.
• Check all screw connections from time to time. Adjusting and moving the product can cause
the screw connections to get loose over time.
• Do not use force to move/adjust the TV or TV trolley, otherwise the TV could get damaged.
• Do not overload the TV trolley. Observe the maximum weight specifications for the TV and AV
appliances. Risk of injury and damage!
• Do not use the TV trolley as a means to support yourself or hold on to.
• Do not mount any objects other than the intended TV to the TV trolley.
• Do not over-tighten the screws. Over-tightening the screws may cause damage to the
threading and can impair the strength of screw connections.
• In case of doubt, do not install the product yourself; have a professional do it for you.
• Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height can
damage the product.
• Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are connected
to the product.
b) Miscellaneous
• Consult an expert when in doubt about operation, safety or connection of the device.
• Maintenance, modifications and repairs are to be performed exclusively by an expert or at
a qualified shop.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating instructions, contact our
technical support service or other technical personnel.
Installation
Select a suitable mounting location of sufficient size. Install the product
on a horizontal, solid, dry and clean surface. If necessary, install protective
padding at the mounting location in order to avoid scratching the product
and floor.
Use 2 persons for installation of the product, since the TV trolley and TV are
heavy.
Due to the weight of the TV and TV trolley combined with the leverage effect,
stable mounting must be ensured.
Observe all safety information in the user manual of the TV appliance.
Make sure no unauthorized persons such as playing children are present
within the installation area.
Make sure not to over-tighten the screws. Over-tightening the screws can
cause damage to the TV.
Refer to the pictures in the accompanying assembly instructions.
Preparing the TV
• Normally, the existing stand of the TV must be removed before assembly. Depending on the
TV, this stand is attached via screws or clips. Refer to the user manual of your TV accordingly.
• Place the TV on a soft and clean surface with the display facing downwards. No pressure
must be applied to the display. Protect valuable furniture surfaces with a suitable pad when
assembling the product.
Figure 1 and 2 – Installing columns, head element, shelf holders and stand:
• Slide the plastic cover (H) onto the inner column from the top. The inner column features a
pre-installed cover at the bottom. Insert the inner column (J) into the exterior column with the
cover facing downwards. Make sure the square opening on the rear of the outer column is
facing upwards.
• Turn the locking screw (M) on the rear into the inner column in order to fix it at the desired
height.
• Attach the plastic cover to the exterior column (K) using the screws (P-A). Tighten the screws
using the Allen wrench (P-J).
• Attach the head element to the inner column using the screws (P-C). Tighten the screws
using the Allen wrench (P-J).
• Attach the shelf holders (B, C) from the bottom to the rails of the exterior column and then
slide the shelf holders till the desired height. Use a water level in order to align the shelf
holders horizontally. Tighten the screws using the Allen wrench (P-J).
• Place the floor cover (G) and the assembled column on the floor plate (L). Attach the column
using the plastic washers (P-G), washers (P-F) and screws (P-B). Tighten the screws using
the Allen wrench (P-J).
Figure 3 – Installing the castors:
• Install the castors (N, O) underneath the floor plate. Use a suitable spanner to tighten the
nuts.
• Make sure to install all castors at same height.
• Two castors (O) feature locking brakes. Lock the brakes in order for the product not to move
during installation.
Figure 4 – Installing the glass plate:
• Place the glass plate (A) on the shelf holders and attach it using the washers (P-E) and
screws (P-D). Tighten the screws using a suitable Phillips screwdriver. You can place an AV
appliance on the glass plate. Observe the maximum load (see “Technical data”).
