b) Electrical safety
•
Never pour liquids over electrical devices or place objects filled with liquid next to the product.
If liquid or an object does enter the interior of the device, power down the respective socket
(e.g. switch off the circuit breaker) and remove the mains plug from the mains socket.
Discontinue use and take the product to a specialist repair centre.
• Never use the product immediately after it has been brought from a cold room into a warm
one. The condensation generated could destroy the product. The mains adapter may also
generate a fatal electric shock!
• Allow the product to reach room temperature before connecting it and putting it to use. This
may take several hours.
• Do not touch the mains adapter if there are any signs of damage, as this may cause a fatal
electric shock! Switch off the mains voltage to the socket containing the power adapter (switch
off at the corresponding circuit breaker or remove the safety fuse, and then switch off at
the corresponding RCD protective switch). You can then unplug the mains adapter from the
mains socket. Dispose of the faulty mains adapter in an environmentally friendly manner and
discontinue use. Replace it with a power adapter of the same design.
• The mains outlet must be located near to the device and be easily accessible.
• Only power the product using the mains adapter provided.
• Only connect the power adapter to a standard mains socket connected to the public grid.
Before plugging in the power adapter, check whether the voltage stated on the power adapter
complies with the voltage of your electricity supplier.
• Never connect or disconnect power adapters if your hands are wet.
• Never unplug the mains adapter from the mains socket by pulling on the cable; always use
the grips on the plug.
• When setting up the product, make sure that the cables are not pinched, kinked or damaged
by sharp edges.
• Always lay the cables so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in them. This may
cause an injury.
• For safety reasons, disconnect the power adapter from the mains socket during storms.
• Avoid exposing the product to electrical discharges (ESD), as this may damage the interior
components.

Installation location and range
• This product transmits an HDMI-compatible video signal wirelessly. The signal is transmitted over the
5 GHz frequency band.
• Do not position the devices in a place where objects, devices, walls, glass or people are in between the
transmitter and HDMI receiver module, as this will significantly reduce the range.
•
Different objects have a different impact on the range, therefore no specific range can be guaranteed. Try
changing the location and orientation of the transmitter and HDMI receiver module. If necessary, move
the devices closer together. For example, you can use a long (high-quality) HDMI cable to connect the
HDMI receiver module to the display device. This will give you greater flexibility when positioning the HDMI
receiver module.
• Use suitable padding to protect the surfaces of valuable furniture against pressure marks, scratches and
stains.
Setup and installation
• Plug the transmitter into a USB-C™ port on a suitable video signal source.
• Screw the antenna onto the thread on the antenna input (8) and position the antenna in a vertical
orientation.
•
Remove the protective film on the top of the HDMI receiver module.
• You can place the HDMI receiver module on a level surface.
Operation
a) Connection diagram
• Connect all components according to the connection diagram in section b ("Connection diagram"). You will
also need an HDMI cable to connect the display to the HDMI receiver module.
• Connect the transmitter to a suitable video signal source (e.g. mobile device) with a USB-C™ port.
• Use an HDMI cable (not included) to connect the HDMI output (7) on the HDMI receiver module to the
HDMI input on a suitable HDMI display device.
• The LED indicator (5) will turn on. This indicates that the device's power supply is working.
• You can now connect the power supply. Insert the low-voltage plug on the power adapter into the
DC 5V
power-in socket (4).
The (5) and (6) LED indicators on the HDMI receiver module will turn on. This
indicates that the device's power supply is working.
