5.  GENERAL DESCRIPTION

SPARTUS® EasyCUT 40E / 40E Compressor

These are small size inverter plasma cutter. Designed for cutting metals and other electrically

conductive materials, powered with single phase 230V source power.
Through the use of modern technology, we were able to get a light and compact plasma cutter

with maximum power of 40 amps, which a maximum cutting thickness equals 25mm.
Cut 40E has a simple-to-use function panel with adjustment knob which gives ability to adjust

the cutting power between 20 – 40 amps. Device’s front panel is equipped with a SK socket and

the plasma torch socket.
Cutters are equipped with a pressure reducer with air filter which is mounted at the rear of the ca-

sing, in a place specially designed for that purpose

(protection against damage eg. during the move)

CUT 40E device has a lot of modern solutions to support the process of plasma cutting and

functioning of the device. Built-in system of contactless pilot arc ignition without HF – provides

excellent quality of cutting edge and longer life of consumables.
SPARTUS® EasyCUT 40E Compressor cutter has been additionally equipped with a built-in com-

pressor, which made it possible to work in the field. Changing the compressed air supply can be

done by a switch on the front panel. An integrated internal compressor supplies the compressed

air necessary to produce a plasma arc.
Examples of use: workshop, portable repair, production.

5.1  PURPOSE OF USE

SPARTUS® EasyCUT 40E / 40E Compressor plasma cutters are designed for thermal cutting

(plas-

ma cutting)

steels and any other nonferrous metal and other electrically conductive materials.
