DVR Recording and Playback
To use the built in DVR follow the steps below.
RECORDING
1.
Insert a Compact Flash Card into the DVR card socket.

Press the POS button to position the distance counter text in a
desired location on the monitor screen. NOTE: During recording,
the distance counter text will be recorded and will displayed on the
monitor screen during playback. If you do not want the distance
counter text to be recorded, press the POS button until the text is
not shown on the screen.
3. Turn DVR on.

When you are ready to begin recording, press the REC button. The red REC indicator next to the flash
card will light up and the text REC will appear breifly in the monitor screen to indicate the unit is recording.

To end recording, press the REC button again. The DVR menu will appear on the monitor screen and the
Red light next to the flash card will go off to indicate the unit is no longer recording.
NOTE: To use the microphone feature, refer to the section below titled “Microphone Operation”.
1. In order to replay your recorded video on the PROvision 2.0, you must use the remote cursor
arrows (Fig.13-1). Use the arrows to scroll to Playback and press enter (Fig.15-2).
2. Scroll down to the “TV” folder (Figure 6), highlight it, and press enter . Highlighted items will
have a blue ring around them.
3. Scroll to the video you want to play (Fig.15-3), highlight it and press the play button . The video
file names are recorded sequentially and the file with the highest number will be the most recent
video you recorded.
4. To stop video playback, press the return button .
