Attach lower elevator tubes (32) and counter balance spring (33) to backboard support brackets (27)
using spacers (11, 26), bolt (29), and nut (31) as shown.
Insert T-bolt (49) into rim bracket (48) then, attach that assembly to board using bolts (44) and nuts (14)
