This is useful as a functional check, and for testing out the range of the system, and the effect of nearby
transmitter beacons. To return to the menu, click the button.

Press and hold down the left button. After 2 seconds, the display will show the current selection for the top
line. These are in sequence

. Single click to change the current selection.
If
CUrr
lap option is selected, then the display continuously shows the current running lap time line 1. This is
shown by the
CURR
symbol on the display.
If
CoMP
lap option is selected, then the display continuously shows the lap time difference between a previous
lap at the same position in the track and the current lap time on line 2. This time difference is also indicated by
the
UP
and
DOWN
arrows on the top right of the LCD display.
This mode is shown by then
DIFF
icon on the display.

Press and hold down the left button. After 2 seconds, the display will show the current selection for the
bottom line. These are in sequence
FASt
est
lap,
LASt
lap. Single click to change the current selection.
If
FASt
est
lap
option is selected, then the display continuously shows the fastest recorded lap in the current
session on line 2. This is shown by the
FST
symbol on the display.
If
LASt
lap
option is selected, then the display continuously shows the last recorded lap on line 2.
CoMP
Press and hold down the left button. After 2 seconds, the display will show the current selection the lap
comparator (lap performance indicator). These are in sequence
FASt
est lap,
LASt
lap and
rEF
erence lap. Single
click to change the current selection.
If
FASt
est lap
option is selected, then the lap performance indicator uses lap data stored from the fastest lap to
compare to the present lap and indicates up or down as you drive.
If
LASt
lap option is selected, then the lap performance indicator uses lap data stored from the previous lap to
compare to the present lap and indicates up or down as you drive.
If
rEF
erence lap
option is selected, then the lap performance indicator uses lap data stored from a manually
selected reference lap to compare to the present lap and indicates up or down as you drive. When in this mode,
the present lap is compared with the previous lap until the left menu button is pressed. When the button is
pressed, the last lap data is kept, and on the following laps is used to compare up and down as you drive. The
button can be pressed as many times as desired to create a new reference lap. This lap is held in memory even
with the power off, until the button is pressed again, or a different
CoMP
mode is set.
