RANDOM
Press LOC/RDM button if you want the files to play in random order. RANDOM will be displayed on the screen.
Press this button one more time to cancel random function. RANDOM OFF will be displayed on the screen.
Electronic Shock Protection
Electronic Shock Protection (ESP) is ideal for driving on rough roads. This unit is programmed with Electronic
Shock Protection so that the music will play smoothly on the road. Electronic Shock Protection time depends on
the media that is being played. ESP for playing VCD is 10 seconds; ESP for CD is 10 seconds; ESP for MP3 is 120
seconds. This is a built-in function so that there is no need to switch on or switch off.
ID3 Tag
If an MP3 file has ID3 Tag information, it will be displayed on the LCD. If there is no ID3 Tag information, nothing
will be shown on LCD. The sequence of ID3 Tag information will be shown as follows:
ROOT----FILE-----TITLE-----ARTIST-----ALBUM
Other operations
USB/SD Input
Insert the USB flashdrive / SD Card into the slot on the front panel. The unit will automatically detect and play
the files on device. Press the MOD/MUT button on the front panel or MODE button on the RC anytime to switch
the play mode. For detailed operation, please refer to the section of MIXED DISC OPERATION.
AUX input
The AUX Input Jack is on the front of unit. Use the AUX cable, which is included in the package. Insert the stereo
plug to the front AUX in jack of the unit. Route the other end of the RCA to the any external audio/video device
such as walkman or portable DVD. Press and hold the MOD/MUT button to choose AUX. Connect any portable
audio/video device such as a DVD player or VCD player to the AUX IN cable. Use the volume control to adjust
volume.
