ALARM OPERATION 

ALARM TIME SETTING 

Press the AL. 1 or AL. 2 SET BUTTON, the hour digit flashing on the display. And then press 

SKIP UP OR DOWN BUTTON to desired hour(same as time setting), when the hour digit 

flashing, press the AL. 1 or AL. 2 SET BUTTON once again to finish the alarm time setting.   

Press the POWER /AL. OFF button to turn off the alarm while the alarm sounds. 

ALARM SETTING 

1.  Press the POWER/AL. OFF BUTTON to switch off the CD or RADIO playing.   
2.  Set the FUNCTION SWITCH to BUZZ position. 
3.  To the set alarm time, alarm (buzz) will sound automatically. To pause the alarm temporarily 

and sleep another 9 minutes, press the SNOOZE BUTTON, the buzz stops and resume in 9 
minutes. 

4.  To stop the alarm and switch to CD or Radio playback, press the POWER/AL. OFF BUTTON, 

set the FUNCTION SWITCH to CD or RADIO position. 

SLEEP FUNCTION 

To switch off the CD or RADIO playing automatically in any time from 15 minutes to 90 minutes 
before you fall asleep, start RADIO or CD playback, press the SLEEP BUTTON to set sleep 
time to 15 minutes or 90 minutes, the “ SLEEP ” appear on the display. 
After 15 minutes or 90 minutes, the playback will stop automatically, “ SLEEP ” disappear. 
To resume playing, press SLEEP BUTTON once again.   
To stop sleep, press the SLEEP BUTTON until the “ SLEEP ” disappear on display. 

WAKE UP TO MUSIC (CD or radio) 

1.  Set the alarm time as ALARM TIME SETTING described. 
2.  Set the FUNCTION SWITCH to CD or RADIO position. 
3.  Tune to desired broadcasting program follow steps of RADIO OPERATION. Or Start CD 

playing follow steps in CD OPERATION. 

4.  To the pre-set alarm time, RADIO or CD turns on automatically. To pause the music 

temporarily and sleep another 9 minutes, press the SNOOZE BUTTON. 

5.  Press the POWER/AL. OFF BUTTON to terminate the music playing. 
 

RADIO OPERATION   

1.  Press the POWER/AL. OFF button. 
2.  Set the FUNCTION SWITCH to the RADIO position. 
3.  Set the BAND SELECTOR to the desired band: AM/FM/FM ST.. 
4.  Tune in to the desired station by turning the TUNING CONTROL. 
5.  Adjust the volume level via the VOLUME CONTROL. 

6.  Extend the FM ANTENNA WIRE or adjust the direction and position of the whole 

unit to obtain the best possible radio reception.   

CD OPERATION 

LOADING A DISC 

1. 

Set the FUNCTION switch to CD position.   

2. 

Open the CD door (lift the compartment to open). 

3. 

Place an audio CDs into the tray with the label side facing up. 

4. 

Close the CD door. The total number of tracks will appear in the display after 5 seconds. 

5. 

To remove the CDs, open the CD compartment lid, grasp the CDs by its edges, and 
carefully take it out.
