please make sure that you have installed the latest version of the soundear®software.
1. Go to the menu ‘Setup’ -> ‘About SoundEar®3’ to see your current
software version.
2. click the “Software update” button to check for newer versions.
3. A pop-up window will be shown on your screen. click “OK” to proceed
with the update.
4. click “OK” to confirm update.
