The staff of Sound Devices welcomes you to the USBPre. We have designed the the product to be the
best tool to interface microphones and other analog audio sources with personal computers. The S/PDIF
connectivity of version 1.5 hardware adds even more flexibility. The USBPre includes all the necessary
connections for hard disk recording, streaming, and audio measurement in the studio and field. By com-
bining the best in field production analog audio, high quality digital conversion, the USB protocol, and
robust driver software, the USBPre opens up new possibilities for computer audio.
