3.7 Handling the anti tipper

In the case of leg amputations, a wheelbase extension, or at least an anti tipper, should be used
to improve the stability against tipping.
3.7.1 General information on the brake
A wheelbase extension is
not
a substitute for an anti tipper.
Activate:
The anti-tipper must always be locked in its end position.
Deactivate:
Always turn the anti tipper only 180 ° from the deactivated position to the active position.
Avoid full turns in one direction of rotation, otherwise the tension spring inside the anti tipper
will be damaged and the anti tipper may lose its functionality.
