Flash mode button (Refer to the Operating
Instructions (Advanced Operations).)
Selects the flash mode. Each time you press this
button, the setting changes cyclically.

The lighting conditions are detected
automatically by prelighting (automatic
photometry function), and the optimum shutter
speed is selected. If necessary, the built-in strobe
lights at the optimum level.

The built-in strobe always lights at the optimum
level determined by prelighting. The shutter
speed is fixed at 1/250 second, and exposure is
controlled automatically.
E:
The built-in strobe always lights. The shutter
speed is fixed at 1/250 second, and exposure is
controlled automatically for a distance of 1.2
meters between the subject and the lens. This
distance is recomended for shooting with the
built-in and external strobes.

shutter speed is selected by automatically
