Press the paper holder release button and pull the paper
holder out.
If the accumulation of scraps is excessive, the paper
holder may be difficult to pull out due to the
obstruction from the scraps. In such cases, even out the
scraps as much as possible before pulling out the paper
holder.

Remove the scraps from the paper holder.
Printing from the
Computer
Before starting to print
• Confirm that the supplied printer driver is installed on
the computer
• Confirm that the printer and computer are connected

• Confirm that the paper roll and the ink ribbon are
.
• Confirm that compatible ink ribbon and printing paper
are installed
Do not look into the paper output slot during printing. The
sharp edge of the printout may poke your eye or face. This
may cause loss of sight. Also, do not insert a foreign object
in the paper output slot. The cutter may be damaged or
broken and a piece of the cutter can cut you.
Printing

Turn on the printer and computer.
The
(PRINT) indicator lights after a few seconds.
After turning the printer off, wait at least 5 seconds
before turning it on again.

Make sure that the
indicator is not lit.
If the
indicator is lit, the size of the paper roll
and ink ribbon may not be the same, or the paper roll
or ink ribbon may not be loaded correctly. Reload
them if necessary.

Confirm the print finish (matte or glossy) with the
MATTE indicator.
