Using the BLUETOOTH/Network Standby function
If the BLUETOOTH/Network Standby function is on, the speaker turns on when a BLUETOOTH device or network
device is operated. The start-up time becomes shorter and the speaker will become operational sooner than in normal
start-up.
To turn off the BLUETOOTH/Network Standby function
Touch and hold the
(Power) button and the BLUETOOTH button simultaneously for more than 4 seconds.
Hint
With the speaker's BLUETOOTH/Network Standby function turned on, the
(Power) indicator (amber) remains lit while the
speaker is turned off.
You can use “Sony | Music Center” to turn on/off the BLUETOOTH/Network Standby function as well.

When the BLUETOOTH/Network Standby function is turned on, the
(Power) indicator (amber) lights up and the
speaker is automatically turned off.
If you operate a network device or BLUETOOTH device to connect to the speaker, the speaker turns on
automatically and connection starts.
