DISPLAY switch
Press to activate the display. One press turns on the display,
and another turns it off.
Display
Activated when the DISPLAY switch is pressed. The display
automatically turns off if no operation is performed after
2 minutes.
Control key
Use to configure settings shown on the display.
Basic Sequence of
Operations

Turn on the lens.

Press the DISPLAY switch
The display is illuminated.

Use the control key to configure the various settings.
The display automatically turns off if no operation is
performed after 2 minutes. However, the display
remains active as long as the [Fol.] screen is displayed.
In this case, press the DISPLAY switch to deactivate the
display.

Press the DISPLAY switch
The display is turns off.
The changes are automatically saved.
• When the display is deactivated manually, changes
to settings are saved and the display is turned off.
• Any changes to settings are saved even if the display
is automatically deactivated.
• However, if the lens is turned off while the display is
on, changes to settings may not be saved.
