Sound is interrupted or skips.
The sound may be interrupted or skip depending on the environment where your Walkman is used or the settings of
the Walkman.
Following the procedures below may reduce the amount of skipping or interruptions.
Set all sound quality settings to off.
If you are listening to music using the Bluetooth function, see “Notes on the Bluetooth function.”
When listening to songs with the noise canceling function on inside transportation such as a bus or train, large
vibrations other than the driving noise (such as when the vehicle drives over a large bump) may be transmitted to the
headphone unit's built-in microphone due to your seating position, which may cause the sound to cut out. This
phenomenon can be improved by reducing the [Set Noise Cancel Level] value. Set the [Set Noise Cancel Level] value
to a smaller value for use.
