Preparing the camcorder
For details, please refer to the operating instructions supplied with your camcorder.

Remove the lens cap, shoulder strap, or filter from the camcorder.

Attach a charged battery pack.
(3)
Insert a cassette tape.
(4)
Attach the camera mounting shoe.
Remove the metal parts from the camera mounting shoe and fasten the screw.
(5)
Adjust the camcorder.
Fasten the screw.

Hold the eyecup.

Select ON in the
COMMANDER menu.

Slide the AUTO LOCK switch
to ON.
