Basic Operations
The Timer Recording function allows you to preset your video TV to
record up to six programs within a one-month period.
Before you begin
•
Switch on the video TV.
•
Make sure that the clock is set correctly. If not, see “Setting the clock” on
page 17.
•
Make sure that the loaded cassette has its safety tab.
Setting the Timer
Example: Here is how to record a program broadcast on program position
11 from 20:15 to 21:55 on Wednesday, 27th November 1996.

Press TIMER ON SCREEN.
The PROGRAM LIST appears.

Press ENTER.
Today’s date colored red appears.

Press +
until “27 WED” appears.
For daily and weekly recording see “Daily/weekly recording” on page 29.

Press ENTER, then set the hour of the recording start time to “20” with +
or – .
