Lift up the IM imager block.

Draw the two flexible boards out
of the hole of the TEX-5300.
(1) Pour the solvent (alcohol or liquid
cleaner) between the imager and
the spacer sheet.
Please wait until the adhesive strength
of the spacer sheet gets weaker.
(2) Detach the spacer sheet from the
imager.
Pour the solvent
(alcohol or liquid
cleaner).
