Point 2
Good listening places
Radio waves may be more difficult to
penetrate reinforced concrete buildings
than wooden buildings. Moreover, radio
waves may be more difficult to penetrate
buildings located on a hill than those
located on flatland. The same applies to
trains. Reception levels will differ
depending on the location.
Close to a window
Radio signals come from outside
buildings. Therefore, try to listen to FM
radio as close to a window as possible. The
receiver sensitivity will differ depending
on the direction of the window. Find the
best window to listen to FM radio.
Listen to FM radio inside buildings
Noise may occur and reception may be
weak if electrical appliances are near the
unit. Keep the unit away from electrical
appliances.
Keep away from mobile phones
Noise may occur when you listen to FM
radio near mobile phones. Mobile phones
emit signals not only when calling. Turn
off mobile phones or keep the unit away
from mobile phones if noise occurs.
