About this manual

• The name of the power switch on the 

camcorder varies depending on the model.
To record on a tape : CAMERA-TAPE or 
CAMERA
To play : PLAY/EDIT or VCR
CAMERA-TAPE and PLAY/EDIT are used 
in this manual. Refer to the separate Camera 
Operations Guide supplied with your 
camcorder for details.

• The screens shown in this manual are from a 

Windows XP computer. The screens may vary 
depending on the OS.
