TalkBack
TalkBack is a screen reader service for visually impaired users. TalkBack uses
spoken feedback to describe any events or actions performed on your Android
device. TalkBack describes the user interface and reads out software errors,
notifications and messages.
To enable TalkBack

From your Home screen, tap .

Tap the on-off switch and then tap
OK
.
To change speech, feedback and touch preferences for TalkBack, tap
Settings
.
TalkBack launches a tutorial immediately after you enable the feature. To exit the tutorial, tap
the
Exit
button twice.
To disable TalkBack

From your Home screen, double-tap .

TTY (Teletypewriter) mode
The TTY (Teletypewriter) feature on your device allows people who are deaf, hard of
hearing, or who have speech or language disabilities, to communicate using a TTY
device or a relay service.
To enable TTY mode

Select the applicable TTY mode.
Slow talk
The Slow talk feature slows down the speech of the other party while you are on a
call.
To enable or disable Slow Talk
