Basic

Operations

If the caller supports caller ID

The caller’s phone number appears on the display when you
receive a call, if both the caller and the carrier support this
feature.

If the caller supports caller ID and the number matches a Phone
Book entry, the name that you stored with the number (if any) is
displayed also.

If you miss a call

If you miss an incoming call, a message appears similar to the
one in the following display. To return to the standby display,
either press 

CLR

END

, or 

. If the caller supported caller ID,

the caller’s number is stored in the Calls List (see page 33).
