2-4. AD-150/P Board Adjustment
2-4-1. 8Fsc VCO Adjustment
This adjustment is for the AD-150 board with board suffix -12 or higher.
Preparations
1.
Connect each equipment referring to 2-1-3, “Connection - AD Adjustment.”
2.
Set the power switch of CA to OFF and extend the AD-150/P board.
3.
Warm up for approximately ten minutes in the procedure below before performing the adjustment.
(1) Set the SDI/COMPOSITE switch on the outside panel of CA to COMPOSITE.
(2) Set the power switch of CA to INPUT and the power switch of a camcorder to ON.
(3) Confirm that the “EXT” display blinks in the viewfinder of a camcorder and warm up for
approximately ten minutes.

Perform this adjustment in the color-locked state

*: The color-locked state means that the internal 8-fsc VCO is PLL-locked with the burst signal of the external input signal and the
color signal is properly produced.

If the variable resistor is improperly aligned, the unit may lose color-lock. In this case, turn the variable
resistor slowly until the unit is color-locked.

Turn the variable resistor very slowly, or the unit may lose color-lock.
