Outline of the BKMA-510HD
The BKMA-510HD is a dedicated option board designed for the Multi
Access Video Disc Recorder MAV-555. When the BKMA-510HD is
installed in the MAV-555, functionality is expanded as described below.
BKMA-510HD Features
Simultaneous HD recording and HD playback
By installing the BKMA-510HD board in the MAV-555, the system can be
used in a 1 HD Input + 1 HD Output configuration. For example during a
live sports broadcast, this is useful to record the input from the HD camera
while at the same time providing an HD playback signal from the output
port.
System Configuration Example
A sample configuration for HD recording and playback, using a Sony HD
camera and the MAV-555 with installed BKMA-510HD is shown below.
