Troubleshooting
3-1. Default of Network Connection
Is the IP address to
be displayed set to the
broadcast address or the
network address?
Does LAN cable
connect correctly?
(cross or straight)

The wrong IP address is set.
Press the Reset button for more then 3
seconds to initialize the network setting and
perform the network setting again according
to the environment.
Connect as follows.

Connect to LAN: Straight cable

Connect to PC (one for one): Cross cable
When connected to
LAN, does the indicator
of CN2501 on the
US2 board light?
No
Contact failure of CN2501or failure of IC2504
on the US2 board.

Check the connection of CN2501. If the
trouble persists, replace CN2501.

Failure of IC2504.
Replace BKM-FW50.
When the display
power is turned on, does
the indicator of CN2501
on the US2 board light
for a moment?
No
Yes
Yes
Contact failure of CN2103 on the US2 board,
SUB_3.3V and SUB_1.5V power failure, or
display power failure.

Check the connection of CN2103. If the
trouble persists, replace CN2103.

Repair the power of the display.
Failure of IC2201, IC2101 or IC2102.
Replace BKM-FW50.
Default of network connection.

0.0.0.0 is displayed in the IP address
in the OSD on the display.
