Check the 3.3V line of the FR board.

Check the 3.3V line of the FR board.

Replace IC702. If no effect, replace
the FR board.
Is pin 1 and pin2 of IC702 about
3.3V?

Replace IC702.
If no effect, replace the FR board.

Replace FFC between FR and MB.
If no effect, then goto "IFD flow"
