Using the Calendar
You can use the calendar to keep track of important
meetings that you need to attend, phone calls that you
need to make or tasks that you need to do.
Appointments and Tasks
• You can save many appointments and tasks in your
calendar. You can choose to add a new appointment or
task, or use an old appointment or task as a template by
copying and editing it.
•
Appointments
: meetings, dates, travel, vacation,
phone calls, etc.
•
Tasks
: make a phone call, send a message, pay bills,
etc.
You can fill in different types of information about the
appointments or task.
Adding Appointments
1 Scroll to
Extras

Apptmt.

2 Choose the type of event or appointment and
press
OK
.
3 Press
Edit
and enter a subject.
4 Scroll to
Location

Edit
, enter a location, and
so on.
5 Once you have entered the type of appointment and
location, scroll to
Proceed?
and press
Edit
.
6 Press
Edit
and enter a start date. Scroll to
Time
, press
Select
, enter a start time, and so on.
7 Scroll to
Proceed?
and press
Edit
.
8 Select the reminder interval you want, for example
5 min before
, and press
OK
.
You now have the following options:
•
Save and Close
- Select to save and exit.
•
Recurrent App.
- Select if the appointment is
recurrent.
