Inspect the camera window
Action:
1. If dirty
– clean the window
2. If scratched or damaged
– replace the Carrier Assy
Check:
Inspect whether the Camera is properly attached
Action:
1. If not properly attached
– reinstall it
2. If the Camera is damaged
– replace it
3. Send to higher level of repair
