Charging the battery pack
The battery pack is insufficiently charged at the time of purchase. Charge the A1404S before
using it.
You can also charge
the battery pack by
directly connecting
the Sony Ericsson AC
adaptor 02 to the
A1404S.
(Check the shape of
the connector.)

The charge indicator lights red: The battery pack is being charged.
•
The charge indicator turns off: Charging is finished.

Connect the Sony Ericsson AC adaptor 02 to the desktop holder.
(Check the shape of the connector.)

Fold out the power plug of the Sony Ericsson AC adaptor 02, and
plug it into a 100 VAC power outlet.

Insert the closed A1404S into a desktop holder.
When charging with the desktop holder, the A1404S needs to be folded up. If the
A1404S is charged while being opened, it may fall.
When removing the A1404S, hold the desktop holder firmly and lift the A1404S upward.
