Chapter 7—Troubleshooting

Verify the Aria extreme is functioning properly

After installation you can verify whether the Aria extreme is properly installed and
functioning by followings these steps:

1.

Launch the Device Manager as below:

•

 

For Windows 98/Me: Under Control Panel, click System > Device Manager.

•

 

For Windows 2000/XP: Under Control Panel, click System > Hardware > Device

Manager.

2.

In the Device Manager window, double-click Network adapters to display your Aria
extreme.

3.

If there is no exclamation mark next to the Aria extreme, it is working properly.
Otherwise, you will need to remove and reinstall the wireless adapter.
