4. Remove the lower hinge parts on the right and then install them on the left
5. Slightly lift the door, move it down until it fits into the door pivot on the lower hinge.
6. Place the upper hinge parts back on the left, and cover the right hinge hole with the black
pad.
12. Equipment
The climate control system
According to experts’ advice, the ideal temperature for storing wine is around 12 °C, with a
range of 2 °C higher or lower. Do not confuse this with the serving temperature, which varies
between 5 °C and 18 °C, depending on the specific nature of the wine.
It is especially important to avoid sudden changes in temperature. Designed by specialists for
oenophiles, this appliance, unlike a simple refrigerator, takes into account the sensitivity of
grand cru wines to sudden variations in temperature by ensuring the close control of a constant
average temperature.
