2 Safety Information
Before using the unit for the first time, we recommend that you read the operating instructions
and safety instructions carefully to avoid improper or incorrect use and inappropriate environ-
mental conditions. Keep these instructions in a safe place for future reference.
After removing the device from its packaging, check it. Do not use the device or contact a qual-
ified technician if there is a suspicion of damage. Do not store recyclable packaging within the
reach of children, but dispose of it properly.
Use the device only for the purpose for which it was designed. Any other use is not in accordance
with the instructions and must therefore be considered dangerous. The supplier is not liable for
damage to property or personal injury caused by improper or incorrect use.
This appliance is intended for use by children 8 years of age or older and by persons with re-
duced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided
they have received help or training in the safe use of the appliance and an understanding of
the risks associated with it. Children are not allowed to play with the appliance. Cleaning and
maintenance work may not be carried out by children without supervision. Place the unit on a
suitable waterproof surface so that spilled liquids cannot cause damage.
Repairs on electrical devices may only be carried out by qualified personnel. Repairs and mod-
ifications carried out without reservation can have dangerous consequences for the user, for
which we reject any responsibility or warranty.

Before starting the machine, do check the fan and power cord. In the event of a malfunc-
tion, contact authorised service personnel.

It is dangerous to pull the plug out of the socket with wet hands.

Do not touch water in the appliance or parts immersed in water during use.
4.
Do not insert any objects into the borehole as they may damage the unit.

If the machine is not in use, and in any case before installing, removing, and cleaning the
machine, unplug it from the wall outlet.

Do not unplug the power cord when the unit is turned on. Before switching on the appli-
ance, always check that the plug is fully plugged into the wall outlet.
7.
Do not remove the water tank when the plug is still plugged in.
8.
Do not add any chemicals or metals to the water tank. These are dangerous materials
that can cause problems.
