Normally, this message appears when the load exceeds the
capability of the storage system’s battery modules. Reduce
the load on the storage system.

Battery state of charge is low.
The battery modules have reached too low of a state of
charge and must be charged before they can provide
backup power
Emergency backup power overload
Turn off non-essential devices.
Inverter communication error Contact your installer's customer service department
Server unreachable. Check Internet
connection.
The storage system cannot reach sonnenBatterie’s Internet
services. Check the storage system’s Ethernet cable.
Mains fault. Grid measurement values
are not within the range prescribed
by the regulations (VDE-AR-N 4105).
