AIR FRYER
Introduction
When designing the air fryer, we kept you, the user in mind. The product has been designed to take into account any needs related to
baking, toasting, and frying. Additionally to the air fryer, we provide an 8 cm raised trivet, an air frying basket, a silicone trivet and a stainless
steel tweezer as accessories.
The air fryer consists of a housing placed on the glass lid, a heating unit and a control panel. The glass lid is the corresponding size for
also the 6 or even 8 liter electric pressure cooker. The housing consists of the handle, the control panel, the vents, the heater, the fan, and
the stainless steel cover panel in front of the heater and fan.

Control
The air fryer control panel has 6 buttons (temperature, timer, +/-, stop, and start) and a LED display. The display shows the time or tem

perature, whichever was last set.
The air fryer pauses the baking process when you open its handle. After pausing, to restart the cooking process, lower the handle until you
hear a click and the handle is in the closed position, then press the button.
The operating times can be set maximally are the followings:
150, 160, 180, 190, 200, 220 °C 60 minutes
230, 240, 260 °C
20 minutes
Temperature
To set the temperature, press the button, then use the +/- buttons to set the value. You can then press the start button or set it on the
timer.
Timer
Press the button to select the timer, then use the +/- buttons to adjust the value. You can then press the start button or adjust the
temperature.
IMPORTANT!
To avoid overheating, at baking temperatures above
230 °C
, the maximum adjustable baking time of the air fryer is
20 minutes
. ALWAYS
leave the inner steel pot and the air fryer to cool for at least
10 minutes
before baking above
230 °C
again.
When using baking temperatures of
220 °C
and below
, the maximum set baking time is
60 minutes
.
Start
Once you have set the timer and the temperature the air fryer is ready to start baking. Press the button to start baking. At the end of
the baking process, the appliance beeps 3x.
Stop
You can stop the cooking process at any time during the baking process by pressing the button.
Pause cooking
Fold up the air fryer handle to pause cooking. (
Figure 3.
) To start cooking again, lower the handle of the air fryer, then press the button.
The air fryer remembers for several seconds counted from when the handle was folded up, when it was removed from the pot within the
running cooking process. If the handle is left folded for a long time, the air fryer will be reset to its last setting.
ATTENTION! NEVER place the air fryer on a non-resistant surface. ALWAYS use the included silicon holder or other heat-resistant
surface to store the hot air fryer.
Turn sound signals on/off
To turn off the beeps, press and hold the button, until SOFF appears on the display.
To turn on the beeps, press and hold the button, until S ON appears on the display.
Restore default settings
To restore the default settings of the air fryer, press and hold the button for 5 seconds. You should then see the original settings on
the LED display.
