7. Connect the unit’s power cable into a standard grounded wall outlet!
8. Insert 1 pc CR2025 (3V) button cell to the remote controller! Take care of the right
polarity! This completes the setup of the appliance.

OPERATION
The appliance can be operated with the buttons or remote controller.
After you connected the unit to the power network, turn it on with the main switch (2). Then it
will beep short, and the temperature display will show the set temperature in °C, then it will go
out.
You can turn on the device by pressing the ON/OFF button on the remote control. The unit
then switches on in fan mode and does not heat. The display shows room temperature in °C.
Use the Mode button on the remote control to switch the heating stages. You can check the
heating stage on the display: low (1

.) or higher (1
4
.) heating stage are optional.
You can set the temperature using the +/- buttons on the remote control. If the room
temperature is at least 2 °C lower than the set temperature, the appliance starts heating in
stage. If the room temperature is at least 4 °C lower than the set temperature, the appliance
will heat on a higher stage. If the room temperature is at least 1 °C higher than the set
temperature, the unit switches to fan mode.
After switching off the appliance, it may still operate at fan mode for about 30 seconds, then
the fan mode indicator blinks. Do not turn off the power until it stops, as this will damage the
unit.
Turn off timing:
The 24H button on the remote control allows you to set the remaining operating time, which
can be set in 1 hour increments up to 24 hours. The TIMER button's (10.) function is the same
with the remote controller's 24H button's function. If the off timer is active, it is indicated by a
light symbol (18.).
Turn on timing:
Activate the appliance with the remote controller's LOCK button. Then by pressing the Delay
button on the remote controller, timing can be activated, the I/W indicator (1

.) lights up on the
product, then with the +/- buttons, the time left until turning on can be set, which can be given
in 1-hour steps, until 24 hour. If the turn on timing is active, the flashing icon indicates that

.), the unit turns on with the last set thermostat temperature, and it chooses heating stage
according to it, or fan operating mode.
Setting the actual time:

Press the Set button on the remote control. The day setting indicator (1

device, the set day is readable on the screen. If "1" is displayed, it means: Monday, "2" can
be read: Tuesday, 3 = Wednesday, 4 = Thursday, 5 = Friday, 6 = Saturday, 7 = Sunday. Use
the +/- buttons to set the day.

Setting the weekly program:
It is possible to pre-set the unit's on and off time and the temperature for each day of the week.

hour of the current day.

Set the desired on / off times for each day of the week. If you do not want to turn the device
on or off for one or more specific days of the week, set both 00:00 on and off times for those
days. After setting the minute for the last day (Sunday), press the W-Timer button again. The
room temperature is readable on the display and the weekly program indicator (1

up. The weekly program is active at this time.

To set the temperatures for each day, press the Delay button on the remote control. The
flashing temperature on the screen is for the first day of the week, you can change it by using
the +/- button. Press the Delay button again. Then the flashing temperature on the screen is
the second day's temperature and so on.
Window-opening sensor:
Press the AUTO button on the remote control. The window-opening sensor indicator (1

.)
illuminates on the display. If the unit suddenly detects a decrease in temperature, it switches
off the heating system for energy saving reasons. You can turn this function off by pressing
the AUTO button again.
After a power failure, when the power comes back, the unit switches to standby mode, the
actual day and time will be cleared, the set weekly program not.
In case of overheating, the
overheating protection function
will switch off the unit, for
example, when the air inlets and outlets are covered. Power off the unit by unplugging it from
the electric outlet. Allow the appliance to cool (for at least 30 minutes). Check whether the air
inlets and outlets are obstructed or not, and clean them if necessary. Switch on the unit again.
If the overheating protection activates again, power off the unit by unplugging it from the
electric outlet and contact the service facility.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
In order to ensure optimum functioning, the unit may require cleaning at least once a month,
depending on the manner of use and degree of contamination.
1. Switch off and power off the unit by unplugging it from the electric outlet before cleaning.
2. Allow the appliance to cool (for at least 30 minutes).
3. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to clean the air inlet and outlet openings.
4. Use a slightly moistened cloth to clean the unit’s exterior. Do not use any aggressive
cleaners. Avoid getting water inside the unit and on the electric components!
TROUBLESHOOTING
Malfunction
The unit does not heat in heating mode.
The overheating protection activates frequently.
The unit does not respond to the remote controller’s signal.
Solution
Check the section on overheating protection!
Check the thermostat settings!
Clean the appliance!
Check the remote controller batteries.
