- Even though the outdoor transmitter is protected against splashing water, it should be located in shady
and dry place.

- The weather station is intended only the above-mentioned use, in a residential environment. It is not
suitable for medical or commercial use.
- Never attempt to disassemble the device.
- The product and its batteries are not toys. Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use different types of batteries and/or used and new batteries together.
- Do not open, burn or short-circuit the batteries. Do not charge any non-rechargeable batteries. Risk of
explosion!

Waste equipment must be collected and disposed separately from household waste because
it may contain components hazardous to the environment or health. Used or waste equipment
may be dropped off free of charge at the point of sale, or at any distributor which sells equipment
of identical nature and function. Dispose of the product at a facility specializing in the collection
of electronic waste. By doing so, you will protect the environment as well as the health of others
and yourself. If you have any questions, contact the local waste management organization. We
shall undertake the tasks pertinent to the manufacturer as prescribed in the relevant regulations
and shall bear any associated costs arising.
DISPOSING OF ALKALINE AND RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
Batteries, whether alkaline or rechargeable, must not be handled together with regular house-
hold waste. It is the legal obligation of the product’s user to dispose of batteries at a nearby
collection center or at a retail shop. This ensures that the batteries are ultimately neutralized in
an environment-friendly way.
Functions
Backlight
In battery mode, the backlight switches on for 10 seconds when you press the l button (20).
In mains adapter mode, you can set the brightness of the display in 3 increments by pressing the l
button (20).
Temperature alarm
By pressing the ALERT button briefly, you can activate the temperature alarm function.
If the temperature is lower than the minimum or higher than the maximum limit value, the limit value arrow
and the temperature are flashing on the device, and sound signal can be heard every 60 seconds.
The alarm stops, if the temperature is between the limit values again.
The function can be switched off by pressing the ALERT button.
Moon phase
The device automatically determines the current phase of the moon from the set date, indicated by 12
pictograms:

Alarm
By the alarm time, the device emits beeping sound. If you do not want to get up immediately, press
SNOOZE/LIGHT button during the alarm. The alarm stops temporarily, the alarm indicator (6) flashes on
the display, and then the alarm resumes after 5 minutes. Press any other button to stop the current alarm.
Weather forecast
The device indicates the expected weather with 5 different icons: Sunny / partly cloudy / cloudy / rainy
/ snowy. The icon does not show the actual weather, it shows the weather forecasted 12-14 hours in
advance. The accuracy of the forecast is 70%.
Outdoor temperature and humidity
On the weather station
By pressing CHANNEL button, we can select from the indication of the temperature and humidity
measured by transmitter 1, 2 or 3.
On the outdoor transmitters
Temperature, relative humidity (RH) and the actual channel appear on the LCD display of the outdoor
transmitter. We can change between displaying temperature in °C or °F using the °C/°F button under the
battery compartment lid. This setting has no effect on the unit of temperature displayed on the weather
station.
The unit of temperature
On the weather station, by pressing the ▼/CF button briefly you can change between Celsius (°C) or
Fahrenheit (°F) units.
Extreme values of measured values
For both outdoor and indoor temperature and relative humidity data, it is possible to view the highest and
lowest measured values. Press the ▲/MEM button once for the highest (MAX), once again for the lowest
(MIN) value. You can delete the limit value, if you hold pressed the MEM button for 3 seconds when the
highest (or the lowest) value is displayed.
Limit values are stored from the installation of the device, or from the deletion time of the last measured
limit value.
Exact time, alarm
You can change between displaying the accurate time and the alarm time by pressing the ALARM
button briefly. After 15 seconds, the device automatically resets to displaying the time. You can activate
or deactivate the alarm by pressing the ALARM button again, which is confirmed by the symbols on the
alarm clock (6).
In case of daylight saving time, the DTS indicator is displayed above the current time.

Cleaning, maintenance
Cleaning
1. A slightly dampened cloth can be used to clean the equipment. Aggressive detergents can damage the
devices’ surface.
2. Do not allow water to enter the weather station.
3.When not planning to use the devices for an extended period of time, remove the batteries.
Battery replacement
Replace the battery in the weather station, if the display starts fading, it is indicated by the pictogram
number 14.
If a battery status icon corresponding to the exact outdoor transmitter appears (on the weather station’s or
the outdoor transmitter’s display), the battery should be replaced in that transmitter. If the batteries have
leaked electrolyte, wear protective gloves and goggles and clean the battery compartment with a dry
cloth. Insert the new batteries observing the polarity.
Important! The outdoor transmitters must be paired again with the weather station after battery replace-
ment.
