The arc doesn’t starts
The output terminals aren't in contact with the workpiece.
Incorrect polarity
Welding cables in bad condition.
Incorrect arc startup
Bad electrical connections.
Dirty and/or rusty piece.

Low penetration
Low welding current.
Excessive welding speed.
Reversed polarity.
Pores in the weld
Shortly gas flow or improper gas.
Faulty torch consumables.
Projections
Excessive welding current.
Incorrect dynamics settings.
Incorrect welding position.
Wrong welding program.
Unstable arc
Piece with oxide or badly prepared for welding.
Check the contact clamp and torch consumables
Inadequate welding program

Er 1 Corrupt data memory
This error is solved automatically. The default data will be loaded.
Send the equipment to the technical service for an overhaul.
Er 2
Internal error in the
memory
This error is solved automatically and the equipment can carry on
working.
Er 3 Error in data memory
The machine loads a set of default parameters and can carry on
working.
Er 4
Communication error
with the power unit
Turn off the equipment for a minute and re-start it. If the error per-
sists, note the value of the second display and query the technical
service.
Er 5
Control PCB is not
compatible
A non-compatible control PCB has been installed or has stopped
working. Replace it.
Er 6 Error in internal memory Non-operational data memory, replace the operator panel.
Er 10
Overheating
Incorrect input voltage
Wait until the equipment regains a safe temperature.
Verify the input voltage.
